Department Statistics

According to Insurance Services Office (ISO) our primary coverage area is outlined in red on the map above. However, we typically respond to many incidents in the extended coverage area that is outlined in yellow. Our station is located just North of Blue Star Highway (US 90) on Mount Pleasant Road as indicated by our logo.

Our Department is under agreement from the county to provide services throughout Gadsden County to include the cities. Also, our proximity to the Georgia State Line we (through an agreement between Gadsden County Fire Service and Decatur County Fire Department) also provide mutual aid to Decatur County Fire Department, Faceville Volunteer Fire Department and Recovery Volunteer Fire Department which serve along our northern border.
